User-Friendly Dashboard The home screen provides two options:

Log an Entry: For first-time users who haven't logged any medications yet.

Add Another Medication: For employees with existing entries, allowing them to quickly log additional medications.

Effortless Data Entry - Both forms capture essential details, including:

Occupation

Signature
Medication Name
Dosage
Reason for Taking

Automated Data Population - When adding another medication, users can select their name from a list instead of re-entering details. Their occupation, date of birth, and other relevant information will populate automatically, reducing input time and errors.

Simple Submission Process - Once all required fields are completed, users can submit the form with a single click, ensuring a seamless experience.
